• Practice at full scope with Most Responsible Provider (MRP) authority in a hospital setting
• Access a variety of hospital resources to provide comprehensive and highly coordinated care to your patients
• Be embedded in a collaborative interprofessional team with fellow providers, the internal and family medicine team, specialties and subspecialties
• Care for and guide patients experiencing a wide variety of diagnoses, and their families, through the post-acute phase
• Shape the role of NPs as MRP in a leading-edge, innovative model of hospital care

We are also pleased to offer a $25,000 financial incentive through the Community Commitment Program for Nurses (CCPN) to qualifying applicants. To qualify you must:

• Not have been employed as a nurse in Ontario in the six months prior to being hired,
• Hold a Certificate of Registration in good standing from the College of Nurses of Ontario,
• Begin employment no later than March 31, 2024,
• Commit to 24-months of employment at a full-time work schedule offered by the employer, and
• Not simultaneously receive funds from the Ministry of Health Tuition Support Program for Nurse


Master’s Degree in Nursing

Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) in the Extended Class (RN-EC), NP Adult preferred, or Primary Health Care NP Certificate with relevant hospital experience
