ICN NP/APN  2020 – 1.Sponsorship Bronze $5000.000 not taxable – 50% paid was paid – remainder $2,500 due March 2020. Jinelle to f/u.    NPAPN 2020 Program Profile for NPAC is completed    2 Full conference registration – for new & renewing member. Early bird registration ends May 31, 2020 $1600. Re moving forward with #3 draw.        1)New member draw the first week March 7, 2020. Must become a member from Jan 16 – Feb. 29, 2020 inclusive. 2) NPAC to support a 3rd member. Another draw for member to attend AGM.

NPAPN Registration for directors Lenora EOC member has complimentary pass One complimentary pass for the $5000 sponsorship President proposal:   $800.00 registration & gala tickets be paid by NPAC for all of BOD who want to attend. New president elect also eligible. 100% We may be responsible for our own travel & accommodations. Early accommodation booking   Lenora    $800.00X5 = $4,000   $135 X 6 = 810 (+taxes) (President has EOC comp ticket)   Discussion ongoing.
Stacie: South Shore Chair Massage requesting presence at NPAPN.  Discussion Lenora will follow-up re this.
Mike, CNA request for specific leaders to meet June 21 in Ottawa before Biennial AGM  Discussion Lenora will attend, possibly NOT full conference 
Call for president elect open until filled. One – CV submitted for president elect position. Discussion vacancy Sept 2020.  
Canadian Life and Health Insurance Association (Lenora) May 27 – May 29, 2020 Claims and Anti-Fraud Conference:  Windsor, ON  Costs and fees discussed. Lenora attending. Stan interested to attend.   NPAC registered.  
Membership software option.  Guild proposal Update provided by Stan    
Potential dates to recognize throughout the year.    Discussion. Use of Social media Lenora will formulate a table of dates.
