NPAC-AIIPC recognizes outstanding Nurse Practitioners and NP Student across Canada through our annual Provincial and Territory Awards of Excellence.
The NP Provincial and Territory Award of Excellence is given to an individual NP in each province and territory who has demonstrated excellence in clinical practice, leadership, advocacy, research, and or education and has shown efforts to advance the image, profile, and visibility at the provincial and territory level.
The NP Student Provincial and Territory Award is given to an individual NP student in each province and territory, who has demonstrated outstanding achievement in clinical practice, leadership, advocacy, research, and or education and has shown efforts to promote advanced practice nursing.
NPAC membership is not required to be nominated for either award; however only current NPAC members can nominate candidates. Individuals may not nominate themselves for an award.
Recipients will be recognized at the annual NPAC-AIIPC NP Conference and during National NP week in November each year.
