Since then, her clinical experience has primarily focused on working with the geriatric population and in neurosurgery. Recently, she transitioned to Internal Medicine at Vancouver General Hospital and has spent several years contributing to the NP on-call programs in Fraser Health. Since 2022, Ranbir has held the position of Clinical NP Lead with Vancouver Coastal Health, where she enjoys taking on new projects and using the creative side of her brain.

Ranbir has been involved in various initiatives and programs over the years, including serving as a newsletter editor for BCNPA, a member of the NNPBC conference planning committee, a board member of the Langley Division of Family Practice, and a member/chair of several quality assurance and education committees. This fall, she began the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program at Oregon Health & Science University.

In her spare time, Ranbir enjoys reading, listening to podcasts and attending her kids’ soccer games. Her current favorite author is Adam Grant, and she highly recommends his book Hidden Potential if you have not read it yet.
