Podium Presentation: Total presentation time of 30 minutes, including 5 minutes for questions/discussion. May have one co-presenter.

Poster Presentation: Each poster will be limited to a maximum of 4’ x 6’. Accepted presenters will be
required to be available at their poster during specific times of the conference to present their poster. You may have more than one co-author. Posters are to be printed by presenter for presentation.

The submitted outline should include: topic title, objectives, background, methods or approach, discussion, relevance to NP practice, key learnings or results, conclusion and significance

All submissions should include three citations applicable to the presentation (max 100 words using APA format).
If you have more than one co-presenter or author, please list below to include them in the abstract.
You confirm all authors have granted permission to submit abstract.
Please confirm that you give us permission to publish your submission on electronic media and in hardcopy if it is accepted for presentation.
Please confirm that at least one author from each presentation will register in full to attend and present the paper at the Conference.

  • Deadline for abstract/poster presentation submissions is November 30, 2024 (11:59pm PST).
  • Only fully completed submissions will be forwarded to the abstract committee for review and consideration.
  • Submissions will be blinded (all demographic information removed) prior to forwarding to committee for review.
  • Each submission will be peer reviewed for relevance to research, knowledge exchange, creativity, clarity, innovation and applicability to nurse practitioner practice and scholarship.
  • All costs related to presenting at conference (travel, accommodation, conference registration) are the responsibility of the presenter.
  • Presenters are required to register for the conference.
