Brianne McVeigh, RD, PMP, MSc

Brianne McVeigh is a Registered Dietitian, Project Management Professional and Learning Experience Designer who specializes in health education. Throughout her career, she has successfully developed and implemented innovative programs that have garnered recognition and success in school and health sectors. Her work focuses on creating engaging content that drives enhanced professional practice, behavior change, and measurable health impact. Her dedication to collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous growth has led to her involvement with the Canadian Women’s Heart Health Alliance and her role as Co-Chair of the Community and Public Health Nutrition Network with Dietitians of Canada. She also acts as a preceptor/mentor for emerging health professionals and has completed a Fellowship in Accelerating Learning Experience Design at OISE, University of Toronto.
Alexandra Hill-Mann, MHA, CHE
Sr. Specialist, Health Equity, Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada
Alex Hill-Mann is passionate about health equity and cultivating knowledge and skills in individuals and organizations to drive change. Prior to joining Heart & Stroke, she applied her professional expertise in health research, hospital care, municipal government, and organizational policy. She holds a Master of Health Administration degree from Dalhousie University and a CHE designation from the Canadian College of Health Leaders. Alex was raised in the prairies and now lives in Toronto with her wife and dog.
