Our Community Health Centre is dedicated to delivering high-quality, team-based primary care in French and English. We are looking for two bilingual Nurse Practitioners to join our interdisciplinary team and provide culturally responsive, patient-centered care in Vancouver’s Francophone community.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Provide longitudinal primary care services in French and English
✅ Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatments
✅ Support chronic disease management, mental health, and addiction care
✅ Implement harm reduction strategies and Opioid Agonist Therapy (OAT)
✅ Engage in community outreach and health promotion
✅ Maintain a panel of 700+ active patients

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For:
✔ Registered NP with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
✔ Clinical experience as an NP or RN (recent & relevant)
✔ Bilingual (French & English)
✔ Current CPR-HCP Certification
✔ Experience or willingness to obtain OAT training
✔ Passionate about patient-centered, culturally safe care
✔ Team-oriented & community-driven
