Announcing the Marchuk Memorial Nurse Practitioner Student Scholarship

The Nurse Practitioner Association of Canada (NPAC) is proud to announce the Marchuk Memorial Nurse Practitioner Student Scholarship, supporting NP students in their education journey. 

This $1,000 scholarship supports NP students currently enrolled in an NP program in Canada.

Instructions

• Please complete all sections of the application form. Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.
• Attach all required supporting documents before submitting your application.
• Applications Open from February 1 – March 1, 2025, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. No late applications will be accepted.

Eligibility

All applicants must:

• Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
• Be a member of the Nurse Practitioner Association of Canada (NPAC) If you are not a member, you may join at www.npac-aiipc.org.
• Be enrolled in an accredited Canadian nurse practitioner program (Master’s Degree in Nursing – Nurse Practitioner Track).
• Have completed at least one semester of their current NP program.
• Be on track to graduate between January and December 2025.
• Not be a member of the NPAC Board of Directors or related to a board member.
• Not be an NPAC staff member or related to an NPAC staff member.

References

Please provide 2 reference letters, at least one MUST be from a faculty member or professional colleague familiar with your work.
