The NPAC provides ongoing opportunities for NPs – members and non-members alike – to engage in scholarship activities.

Description: The objectives of this project are to deliver a survey to working women in Canada to:
- Evaluate the impact of current organizational policies and strategies on the experience of perimenopausal and menopausal women’s work.
- Identify the impact of perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms of Canadian women related to their work environment.
- Quantify the extent to which concerns are associated with work performance, absenteeism, presenteeism, and workforce retention in specific work environments and contexts.
