Today the Canadian Task Force on Preventive Health Care is pleased to release its clinical practice guideline entitled Recommendations on screening for chlamydia and gonorrhea in primary care for individuals not known to be at high risk. The guideline can be found in the online version of CMAJ at www.cmaj.ca/lookup/doi/10.1503/cmaj.201967. In addition, a CMAJ print copy of the guideline will be distributed to thousands of primary care providers who subscribe to the journal.

We are also pleased to provide you with a copy of the knowledge translation tools to accompany the chlamydia and gonorrhea guideline. The guideline and knowledge translation tools can also be found in English and French on our website at www.canadiantaskforce.ca.
